How do I do this and what does it cost?
Simply click SELECT on the product you wish to send, and you will be taken to an Order Form. From the Recipient State dropdown list you can select the delivery location and whether you'd prefer a STANDARD (prompt) or EXPRESS (generally next business day) delivery. The relevant additional charge will be clearly displayed and updated on your Order Form before you make payment. Once payment is made InterVino will email you a tax invoice for your records. Please note Express delivery to some remote Australian locations may take slightly longer than next business day.

In most cases our delivery times throughout Sydney is next business day. Orders received by InterVino after 2:00pm EST will usually be delivered within two business days. And if your order is urgent and needs to be there 'yesterday' - contact us and we'll do our best to get it there pronto.
* Please note that InterVino does not deliver on weekends or Public Holidays. Gifts ordered for delivery that fall on a public holiday will be delivered next business day (to Sydney Metro or Express Interstate) if ordered before 2:00pm the previous day.
Prior to submitting your credit card the total delivered amount is displayed, which inlcudes your selected pruduct, our exclusinve gift wrapping and your personal message hand-written on our crisp white gift card. GST is included. There are no hidden costs or charges. The price you see is the price you pay.
When placing your order you will have four (4) delivery options if the recipient of the gift cannot be located. Please ensure a selection is made on the order form, thereby guaranteeing your gift is delivered and handled with the utmost care.
InterVino recommends you nominate a business delivery address rather than residential (if possible) to ensure the gift arrives safely during business hours
- For Sydney deliveries where a recipient is not home - unless otherwise advised to return the gift to the point of despatch for redelivery, or redirect the gift to the purchaser's address in Sydney, a calling card will be left for the recipient either under the door or in the letterbox advising the gift has been left in an appropriate location on the property.
- For Interstate deliveries where a recipient is not home - a calling card will be left either under the door or in the letterbox for the recipient to collect from their local post office.
InterVino abides by the Responsible Service of Alcohol regulations. By law we are not permitted to sell or deliver alcohol to persons under 18 years of age. To ensure we comply with these regulations we are required to ask for your date of birth and we also ask that you make a declaration on the order form that both you and the recipient are over 18 years of age.
At time of delivery, if our courier thinks that the recipient (or any other person accepting the gift on their behalf) may be under 18 years of age, they are within their rights, as required by law, to ask for one of three proof of age documents i.e. passport, drivers licence or proof of age card. Valid identification must include the persons name, date of birth and a photograph.
