Corporate Wine Gifts

Why send a wine gift?

There are many ways in which you can let your clients know that you care. One way is to gift them a fine bottle of wine. As Australians, we drink wine for many reasons. In some ways, perhaps it shows that we have evolved in both sophistication and appreciation of fine wines. Same holds true in life as in business.

In business, there is no better sign that you value your client than by shouting them a great dining experience along with a few glasses of fine wine. Time is scarce these days for most folks, so if that's not possible, then give them a nice bottle of wine instead. 5 minutes on our website and it's all done - we'll do the rest.  ** Handy hint for the day... using a $3 jiffy bag for any wine gift will probably do more damage than good.

Choosing the appropriate wine is simply a matter of asking your business client if they prefer red wine or white wine. Do they like a full body dry Shiraz or a fruity and sweet Riesling?  If you aren't across their drinking preferences you can't go wrong with a good Shiraz, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay or a French Champagne. Rule of thumb when you just have no idea what to get is still (dare I say it)... red for the gents and white for the ladies.

When it comes to how much to spend, it is often better to err on the side of caution and spend a bit more. How much is the client worth to you? Your client may be a bit of a connoisseur and could be aware that the wine you bought is a "cheapie". Rather than buying a case of something average, spend the same but as a single bottle or twin pack, beautifully presented wine gift - they'll appreciate it.

At InterVino, we specialise mainly in fine wines, but there are also some great value wines for those with a limited set budget. InterVino stocks brands like Moet, Veuve Clicquot, Penfolds, Henschke, Petaluma, Knappstein, Leeuwin Estate, St Halletts and many more of the brands you can associate with fine wines. The breadth and scope of wines range from White Sparkling Wine, Sparkling Red Wine, Semillon Wine, Sauvignon Blanc Wine, Rieslings Wine, Light Red or Rosé Wine, Pinot Noir Wine, Merlot Wine, Cabernet Sauvignon Wine, Shiraz Wine, Viognier Wines, Fortified Wines, Chardonnay Wines and the list goes on.

At Intervino we cater for your corporate needs - and can even match to your corporate colours.
